The wait is almost over! Join us on May 24th from 12-5 PM to celebrate the grand opening of 12 brand-new show homes in Hotchkiss. The new show home parade features a full range of thoughtfully-designed Duplex, Laned, and Front-Garage homes from our award-winning builder group: Broadview Homes, Hopewell Residential, NuVista Homes, and Sterling Homes.
Bring the whole family and enjoy a fun-filled day that will feature balloon animals, face painting, magic, and caricature artists. You’re also not going to want to miss capturing your free family portrait on our beautiful boardwalk that overlooks the natural wetlands teeming with ducks and other wildlife.
