Come for the Halloween fun, stay for the community highlights!

Gear up (and dress up!) for our upcoming Hotchkiss Halloween event on October 26, 2024 from 12-3:30pm. Whether you’re already part of our neighborhood or are looking to find your new home, we invite you to come see all that the community has to offer while enjoying a fun day of Halloween-themed festivities. And of course, costumes are encouraged!

Here’s what you can expect to find at the Hotchkiss Halloween event this October:
• A mystical fortune teller
• A pick-your-own pumpkin patch by Butterfield Acres*
• Fall snacks and food trucks
• Coffee and warm drinks
• Face painting booth
• A petting zoo
• Our newly completed wetlands boardwalk
• Giveaways, swag, and more!

*There will be a limit of one pumpkin per family

Trick-or-treat!

Best of all, our show homes will be open for tours and will have treats waiting for little ghouls and goblins who visit. Discover your dream home while collecting candy? That’s a sweet deal.
